2001 Simi Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon *
2001 Simi Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - $20 - nicely opaque - dusky purple. Eucalyptus and new saddle leather on the nose. Beef blood, coffee, raspberry and dark chocolate with great velvety texture too. A lot of fun right now - probably at its best?
